The Natural Edge Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. The customer shall pay The Natural Edge a non-refundable deposit of £250 to reserve a place on the retreat.

2. The balance is due to The Natural Edge 4 weeks prior to the start date of the event. Payment will be by credit/debit card online via a link sent to the customer’s email address.

3. In the event of cancellation by a guest due to a situation beyond their control the following refund fees apply (please note that, as stated above, the initial deposit is non-refundable, therefore the percentages stated below are applied to the full balance minus the deposit):
* Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date; no refunds issued
* Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date; 25% refund
* Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before due arrival date; 50% refund
* Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date; 100% refund

4. In the event of cancellation by The Natural Edge, the customer will be due 100% refund including any deposit.

5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport in time for their transfer if applicable. The Natural Edge is not liable for flight cancellations or other changes, but will endeavour to make transfers available for guests whose flight times have been changed by the airline.

6. All customers must have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of their trip.

7. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use the facilities and participate in activities. Customers with injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice. The Natural Edge is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. The customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.

8. The Natural Edge accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or travelling to and from the retreat location.

9. The Natural Edge cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables. The Natural Edge shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents.

10. The customer should not act in a way which may cause nuisance or annoyance to other guests, staff or property owners. The customer will be asked to replace any articles which are broken or go missing with articles of equal value.

11. In the event of the customer having a complaint/request about any aspect of the retreat then we ask you to please notify Simon (simon@thenaturaledge.com) as soon as possible.
